- Assign groups/roles (not individual permissions)
- Enroll device (MDM)
- Add to email distribution + Teams channels
Offboarding
- Disable sign-in immediately
- Remove sessions/tokens
- Transfer mailbox/Drive ownership
- Reclaim device + rotate shared credentials
